A Virtual Library Card grants access to our digital resources ONLY, including Libby eBooks and audiobooks, NC Kids, and NCLive. To register for a Virtual Library Card, please use the form below. It will take 1-2 business days to process your request. If you need immediate access to our digital resources or access to physical materials, please do not submit this form; instead, visit your local library to get a Traditional Library Card.

Students and staff of Johnston County Public Schools and Neuse Charter School do not need to register for a Virtual Library Card as they should already have a Student Access account. Visit www.pljcs.org/studentaccess for more information.
